ACTIVITIES FOR ALL
All students should be able to enjoy the various quirky activities that make J-Term so special, but J-Term workshops can be cost preventive to some students on campus. In recognition of this the SGA allocated $2,500 of its budget to a J-Term workshop pilot program in January 2017 that would provide financial aid to students based on demonstrated need.
Now, when students register for J-Term workshops, they are prompted to indicate whether they qualify for financial aid and are then considered for the award. The original bill can be found here.
